50 Chairs  ||  Bamboo padded chairs inside large meeting room. 

    -We can have 5 round tables set up in this room and set up 15 round tables outside.

**The rental fee of The Mitchell House includes all setup and breakdown of our property as well as clean up. YOU will be responsible for the breakdown and removal of your decorations and personal property brought to the venue**
