The Mitchell House for your event:
All items listed above are available as part of your rental of The Mitchell House. There is no additional fee to utilize the tables and chairs. The Mitchell House does provide linens for an additional fee; glassware, serving dishes, arches etc....are not available but can be rented at a local party supply store and delivered to the venue. If you require more tables or chairs than The Mitchell House provides, those must also be rented and delivered to The Mitchell House.

200 chairs: White folding chairs, wooden back
50 padded banquet chairs
2- 6 ft rectangle tables
20 – 60 inch round tables ( seat 8-10 )
Set-up of tables & chairs, a staff member to assist during your event, management of all clean up.
