Wedding & Reception

~Over 150-250 guests for both Wedding & Reception || $6,5000.00
~This includes the historic house, grounds and 3,000 Sq Ft enclosed pavilion.
~ 1 hour for Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal the night before
You will have access to start decorating beginning the day before the wedding at an arranged time with The Mitchell House
Once you rent the venue and pay the $500 deposit, you will have access to the property for your photo shoots of “save the date” and bridal portraits prior to the wedding.
You will get access to the house starting at 8:00 am for Bridal party to start getting ready.
Package 2
Reception Only
~ Reception-Up to 150 guests || $4,500.00
~ Reception-150-250 guests || $5,500.00
~This includes the historic house, grounds and 3,000 Sq Ft enclosed pavilion.

Rehearsal Dinner
~Rehearsal Dinner- $600.00 for house and grounds- 45 people.
~Rehearsal Dinner- $ 1,500- up to 100 people in Pavilion
~Access to house and or Pavilion 8AM Friday
Package 4
Party/ Shower /Events
~House and grounds- $150 Per hour with a minimum of 2 hours- you will get 45 min free for set up / clean up
~This includes access to the house and banquet room (sitting for 45), the grounds outside (this does not include the pavilion)
~ Pavilion $250 Per hour with a minimum of 2 hours- you will get 45 min for free for set up/clean up.
~House & Pavilion $325 Per hour with a minimum of 2 hours- you will get 45 min for free for set up/clean up.
